As sales support, you will become an important part of the regional team where you support work regarding quotations, contracts, tenders, customer materials, and reporting. You work closely with salespeople and section managers and help create structure and quality throughout the entire process from materials and administration to follow-up and summaries. Responsibilities

The role involves broad administrative responsibility with a focus on relieving the sales organization through qualified support in calculation, system management, and documentation.

You will, among other things:

• Support regional salespeople in the work with quotations, contracts, and customer materials
• Coordinate and prepare materials related to tenders and bids
• Perform calculations and analyses of existing businesses
• Register customer data, price lists, and production orders in the business system
• Compile statistics, reports, and materials for internal functions, customers, and authorities
• Review and convert supplier invoices
• Contribute to structure, improvement work, and efficient working methods

We are looking for you who

• Have completed upper secondary education in economics
• Have good system proficiency and feel confident in administrative tasks
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
• Hold a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have

• Post-secondary studies in economics
• Experience with calculations, tenders, or quotation work
• Worked in a coordinating role where you have driven processes or projects forward
• Good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience from the waste or transport industry
