About the role

As a Team Leader in sheet metal, you are responsible for the daily operations in production. You lead and distribute work within the team, ensure quality and efficiency, and actively work to foster good collaboration and a positive team spirit. The role involves close cooperation with both employees and other functions within the company. You report to our Production Manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have previous experience in leadership, primarily within production. You have a good understanding of sheet metal working and manufacturing processes and feel comfortable in a production-oriented role. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on production work to ensure efficiency and quality.

As a person, you are driven and take significant personal responsibility, while also being a team player who contributes to a good team spirit. You are a natural leader who can engage and motivate people, and you are communicative, clear, and receptive in your leadership style.
