Lindesberg Municipality is looking for nurses for summer cover/temporary employment for weeks 25-32. During this period, we offer a wage of 400 SEK/hour. The work will be scheduled during daytime. Positions are available in Storå, Lindesberg, Frövi, or Fellingsbro within home healthcare, supported living (SÄBO), or functional support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As healthcare and care personnel, you will work from a holistic and humanistic perspective where people's self-determination and integrity are respected. You will strive for safety, meaning, and good quality of life within the framework of our mission. Identify and prevent risks in care according to the municipal health and medical care mandate, as well as map the patient's need for health and medical care measures. Make independent assessments and evaluate nursing measures, work with deviations, self-care control, and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
You need to be a licensed nurse, but if you have specialist or advanced training as a district nurse, geriatric training, or dementia training, this is an advantage. The same applies to prescription rights.
We use the documentation system Viva and also work in systems such as Lifecare, Pascal, MCSS, and national quality registers. If you have experience with these, it is also an advantage.
We expect you to speak good Swedish and be able to use the language in both speech and writing. A B-category driver's license is a requirement. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
