We are looking for a Production Planner (Beredare) for our client in Örebro, a global leader in mining and construction equipment.
About the roleThe role of the Production Planner is crucial in the process between R&D and production. An efficient planning process provides the best prerequisites for building machines in an effective manner. As a Production Planner, you drive your own assignments and act as the technical link between R&D and production. You have a broad network of contacts, support our production flows, and assist with ongoing projects.

Example of tasks:- Maintain numerous internal and external contacts, mostly with suppliers via email.
- Enter new customer orders into the M3 system.
- Provide support to an assembly flow where communication and information are key components.
- Receive Change Notices (CN) in Teamcenter and be responsible for planning these in M3.
- Work broadly within the group and provide support to other flows as needed.
- Be responsible for follow-up and feedback through continuous improvement work.
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have a technical background with a strong interest in technology and an understanding of the flows and our products. You are analytical and interested in improvement work. As a person, you are service-oriented, flexible, and innovative, while also being meticulous and comfortable with routine work.

- A university or civil engineer.
- Structured in your work and capable of identifying improvements, both large and small.
- Communicative and able to build relationships, both internally and externally.
- Knowledgeable in the systems Teamcenter and M3.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
