We are looking for a Preparation Engineer (Beredare) for our client in Örebro, a global leader in mining and construction equipment.

The Preparation Engineer's role is crucial in the process between R&D and production. A well-functioning preparation process provides the best conditions for building machines efficiently. As a Preparation Engineer, you drive your own assignments and act as the technical link between R&D and production. You have a broad network, support our production flows, and assist with ongoing projects.

• Maintain numerous internal and external contacts, primarily with suppliers via email.
• Create new customer orders in the M3 system.
• Provide support to an assembly flow, where communication and information are key components.
• Receive Change Notices (CN) in Teamcenter and be responsible for preparing them in M3.
• Work broadly within the group and provide support to other flows as needed.
• Responsible for follow-up and feedback through continuous improvement work.

• A university or civil engineer.
• Structured in your work and capable of identifying improvements, both large and small.
• Communicative and skilled at building relationships, both internally and externally.
• Knowledgeable about the Teamcenter and M3 systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
