Are you at the beginning of your career and have a few years of experience in project management? We are now looking for you who want to continue developing within the construction and real estate industry in a project manager role where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Junior Project Manager within construction and real estate. In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers and support construction and real estate projects within residential and house building. This role is suitable for you who want to develop within project management and get the opportunity to work broadly through the different stages of projects.

As a junior project manager, you will be involved in ongoing project work where tasks vary depending on the project phase and needs. You will, among other things, work with scheduling, economics, document management, construction meetings, and various types of program and functional investigations. The role also involves contact with contractors, clients, and other actors within the projects.

You will have the opportunity to support projects from early investigation phases to implementation and completion, giving you a broad insight into the entire construction process and good opportunities to develop in the role of project manager.

• Have a university degree in civil engineering or construction technology, preferably with a focus on house building.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a project manager in construction and real estate, preferably with residential projects.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in internal and external contacts.

It is not necessary, but meritorious if you:

• Are educated in BAS-P/U, Contract Law, AMA, Contract Inspection, and LOU.
• Have experience with collaborative contracts, inspections, or are certified KA.
• Have experience working with environmentally certified buildings in operation.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. The ambition from both the client's and our side is that you will become directly employed by the client.
