Job Responsibilities

As an SFI teacher with us, you plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching in Swedish for Immigrants according to the current curriculum. You meet students with different backgrounds, educational levels, and goals, which brings great variety to your daily work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct qualification-providing education within SFI (study path 1, 2, and 3).
• Adapt pedagogy and differentiate teaching based on students' individual prerequisites and needs.
• Continuously map, assess, and grade students' language development.
• Use digital tools and learning platforms as a natural part of teaching.
• Actively participate in the school's pedagogical development work and in team meetings.

Qualifications

• You are a licensed teacher in Swedish as a Second Language.
• You are confident in your professional role, flexible, and responsible.
• You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships.
• You have good knowledge of NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).
• You are proactive and develop the school's learning environments with a focus on supporting students' knowledge and learning.
