Job Description

In Lindesberg, the work varies within a well-planned flow in a broad operation. Our activities include a large and advanced orthopedic joint prosthesis department, surgery with a focus on gallbladder surgery and bariatric surgery. We also perform ENT surgery and gynecological procedures in day surgery. We treat both elective and acute patients.

Working hours are primarily during the day/evening. On-call duty is included.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with specialist education in perioperative care. As a new employee, you will be offered an individually tailored introduction depending on previous experience. We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as good teamwork skills, flexibility, and a welcoming attitude. You are responsible, work in a structured manner, and help create a pleasant environment for yourself, your colleagues, and all patients.

About the Department

At Lindesberg Hospital, there is an operations department including a sterile processing department, run by the Orthopedics and Hand Surgery Business Area. The operations department serves the Hand and Orthopedics Business Area, Surgery Business Area, ENT, Women's Clinic, and Public Dental Health Services. Lindesberg Hospital is one of Region Örebro County's three emergency hospitals and has approximately 600 employees.
