Your responsibilities

At our workplace, we base our approach on the individual customer's needs and wishes to design good and close care and support. This is done in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

A day with us involves care and support tasks, delegated interventions, and service together with wonderful colleagues. As a nursing assistant, you perform qualified tasks that are part of the nursing assistant role, such as medication distribution, insulin administration, and dialysis.

We have digital solutions to register our interventions with customers, sign for administered medications, and document in our operational and quality assurance systems. We use digital keys for a secure and safe working method. Our digital solutions in work mean that you are expected to be able to use both a computer, mobile phone, and associated digital aids.

We provide and drive manual cars as well as electric and traditional bicycles.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care.

It is further an advantage if you are familiar with systems such as Intraphone, Life Care, and Appva. Digital aids are used daily, and you are expected to be able to learn to navigate in the digital systems we use.

For the position, it is required that you have the opportunity to travel by bicycle and hold a B-driver's license for manual cars and have access to a car, to be able to get to the workplace.

We work seven days a week, and you are expected to be able to work every other weekend. Working hours are during the day and evening.

As a person, you are accommodating and responsive to those you collaborate with; you have the ability to create trust, security, and engagement among customers, staff, and partners. You need to be engaged and flexible in the work role to thrive and perform good work.

You have good communicative skills in both speech and writing in Swedish, and you enjoy working in a role with many contact surfaces.

We assume that you have a good attitude towards everyone and that you work according to the Home Care Administration's value base with the keywords trust, respect, and humility.
