SCIM Display AB is growing and we need to expand our team!

We are looking for a versatile employee within sales, orders, and digital marketing

Do you want to become part of an engaged team where your broad skills are utilized? We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, administration, sales, order processing, and digital marketing. You are self-motivated, structured, and have a genuine interest in both people and business development.

About the role

In this position, you will work with a variety of tasks including:

• Customer service via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Invoicing
• Order processing and administration
• Sales to new and existing customers
• Digital marketing: social media, advertising, and content creation
• Website updates and basic web development (e.g., WordPress)
• Production planning in coordination with customers and production
• Quote preparation in the CRM system Monitor

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in customer contact and sales
• Proficiency in administration and order processing
• Experience in digital marketing and online advertising
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and SEO is a plus
• Good knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
• Basic graphic design and photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)
• We also value other experience such as production economics and costing
