• Home Care Björkhaga, Hällefors.
• Home Care Helheten, Hällefors.

Examples of tasks:

• Provide help with personal care, meals, and cleaning.
• Create security and joy through conversation, activities, and warm interaction.
• Administer medication and other interventions after delegation by authorized personnel.
• Use Intraphone for planning (applies to home care) and Viva for documentation.
• Provide support based on each care recipient's needs and unique circumstances.

Qualifications

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, cooperative, and empathetic.
• Is attentive and respectful in interactions with care recipients, relatives, and colleagues.
• Has the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write, and communicate in Swedish.
• You have basic computer skills.
• A Category B driver's license is required for some positions.

Merits

• Experience in elderly care or similar work.
• Upper secondary education in healthcare and social care.
• Experience documenting in digital systems.

Roles and Salary Range

Care Assistant (Vårdbiträde)

As a Care Assistant, you follow care plans and support care recipients with daily tasks such as personal care, meals, and activities. You create security and contribute to a meaningful daily life.

Salary for full-time: from 23,638 SEK/month

Enrolled Nurse (Undersköterska)

As an Enrolled Nurse, you have greater responsibility in nursing care. You follow care plans, perform delegated health and medical interventions, and work more independently in daily care work.

Salary for full-time: from 25,798 SEK/month

Additional requirements for Enrolled Nurse:

Nursing education (mandatory). Professional certificate must be presented upon employment.

Conditions

Working hours are scheduled and include days, evenings, weekends, and for some positions, also waking nights. You work according to municipal agreements that provide secure and fair conditions.

Before employment, we request an extract from the Police Register ("Extract to check own information"). Order the extract prior to any interview. Remarks may affect your chances of employment. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, or EEA, you must have a valid work permit to be employed.

Work Period and Employment Duration

The summer period runs between week 25–33. The length of employment varies depending on the operation's needs and your availability, and may cover the entire or part of the summer period.
