Are you skilled in recruitment and matching, with industry knowledge of academic professions? Take on assignments with Korta vägen through Academicum!

Academicum is looking for internship coordinators to collaborate within the framework of the Korta vägen education program. Academicum delivers Korta vägen in Stockholm, Malmö, Umeå, and Jönköping, as well as remotely from other locations. We are primarily seeking coaches in our operational areas, but also across the rest of Sweden who can contribute with networks and industry expertise. These are flexible part-time assignments where you assess the competencies of an academic job seeker and then contact employers to arrange internships with matching tasks. Shorter coaching assignments, such as CV reviews, may also be available.

Academicum is interested in long-term collaborations.

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in recruitment and matching
• has completed at least two years of academic studies
• is familiar with the labor market for academics and has a broad network
• is passionate about integration and has the ability to inspire engagement
• is good at meeting deadlines
• We primarily seek individuals who own their own business, but hourly employment is also an option.
