We are looking for a CNC Operator for Motala Verkstad Are you a driven CNC operator with a keen sense of precision and quality? Do you want to work in a historic workshop environment with large, complex machinery and challenging tasks? Then this might be the job for you! We are currently looking for a CNC operator for Motala Verkstad, employed via Montico.

About the Role

As a CNC operator, you will play a crucial role in production. You will work independently but also in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your responsibility is to ensure that production runs according to plan with the highest possible precision and safety.

Job Description

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Programming and setting up machines
• Maintaining production within your production group
• Self-inspection of manufactured goods and labeling after completed operations
• Reporting deviations and suggestions for improvement
• Preventive maintenance (PM) according to plan and procedures
• Ensuring correct information transfer during shift changes
• Handling waste and chemicals according to current procedures
• Contributing to resource-efficient production through the conservation of energy and materials
• Performing other workshop-related tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a CNC operator, preferably in heavy workshop industry
• Can read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documents
• Is proficient in programming and setting up CNC machines
• Is meticulous, self-motivated, and responsible
• Has an eye for improvements and quality
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Has a valid B-driver's license and access to a car

About the Employment

You will be employed by Montico, but work on-site at Motala Verkstad, a classic and well-established industrial workshop with a long tradition and modern ambitions.
