We are currently looking for a Quality Technician for Vossloh in Sannahed!

As a Quality Technician at Vossloh, you are an important part of the quality organization and have a broad interface with production, warehouse, engineering, and customers. The role of Quality Technician is both operational and administrative and includes among other things:

• Ensuring that documentation to and from production is correct, complete, and archived according to current agreements.
• Planning and conducting digital and physical inspections of track switches together with other quality technicians, major customers, and infrastructure managers.
• Documenting results from inspections, following up on open issues, and ensuring correct and clear feedback to the customer.
• Providing daily quality-related support to production and warehouse.
• Ensuring that calibration of tools and equipment is carried out and initiating quality-related purchases and investments.
• Registering, driving, and following up on internal deviations, as well as supporting in claims handling towards suppliers and customers.
• Actively participating in internal and external quality audits, such as ISO 9001.
• Contributing to the development of Standard Works in collaboration with foremen and production engineering.

Training for essential systems, such as On Track and possibly SAP, takes place during the training period.

We are looking for you who thrive in a role with great responsibility, variety, and collaboration. You are confident in customer contact and have the ability to handle questions in a professional, calm, and solution-oriented manner.

We would like you to:

• Have experience of quality work in industrial operations – working structured, meticulous, and service-oriented.
• Have good computer skills and work comfortably with the Office package and Adobe Acrobat.
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing (Norwegian is used in customer dialogue).

Meritorious:

• Experience of ultrasonic rail testing or other non-destructive testing (NDT).
