Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with nearly 400 clubs, several padel facilities, and over 500,000 members. Our goal is to reach 600 clubs by 2030. We are constantly developing and are now looking for more driven, result-oriented, and engaged personal trainers who want to spread the joy of fitness at our clubs in Malmö and the surrounding area.

The Role of Personal Trainer with Us

As a PT at Nordic Wellness, you are much more than a coach – you are a role model, an inspirer, and an entrepreneur. You tailor training to the individual and help create fitness joy for both beginners and elite athletes. Your goal? To help our members reach their goals – and make them look forward to the next session.

You are responsible for:

• Selling and marketing your services
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Planning and conducting high-quality PT sessions
• Maintaining order and contributing to a positive training environment
• Keeping journals and documentation with care and precision

You are also an important part of the club's whole – you support the team, contribute to a great atmosphere, and give that little extra in everyday life.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed personal trainer from an approved education provider
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Are passionate about fitness, health, and sales
• Have the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Have documented knowledge in nutrition & health (meritorious)
• Enjoy working at a high pace – both days, evenings, and weekends

You have a natural drive to set goals – and love the feeling of exceeding them. It is your energy, your presence, and your engagement that make members choose you.

• Employment type: Hourly employment
