We are now looking for you who want to take the next step and develop into our future Master Technician for Renault in Lund.

You do not need to know Renault from the start. If you have the technical foundation and the ambition to be the best, we ensure you receive the right training and tools.

About the role

As a Master at Bilmånsson, you have a central and qualified role in the workshop. You are responsible for advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs according to the manufacturer's highest technical standards. By combining technical expertise with a coaching approach, you contribute to high quality in all workshop work and ensure that both the team and the customer achieve the best possible results.

Main responsibilities:

• Work independently with complex technical issues
• Analyze recurring problems and propose long-term solutions
• Act as a technical expert in the workshop
• Support the introduction of new car models/work methods
• Train and mentor colleagues
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the general agent's technical support when necessary
• Ensure that all work is performed according to current safety/quality/environmental requirements
• Responsible for correct documentation and procedures
• Is the safety officer for electric vehicles

Competence requirements

• Vehicle technical education.
• Documented experience in advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and technical problem-solving.
• Very good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical and hybrid systems, as well as the use of the manufacturer's digital systems and tools.
• Pedagogical ability and experience in training, supporting, and mentoring colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and make well-founded technical decisions in complex situations.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Class B driver's license
• Meritorious if you have previously worked with Renault or Dacia in a similar role.

Employment type, scope, and location

The employment is permanent, full-time, located at Bilmånsson in Lund. Start date according to agreement.
