Your Employment Offer

This is a consulting assignment of approximately 3-4 months, with a possibility of extension. The assignment is expected to start immediately. You will work closely with operations managers and other key stakeholders, contributing secure leadership, business acumen, and a strong focus on quality within the local cleaning service area.

Your Responsibilities

As a Regional Manager for local cleaning, you have overall responsibility for several units within the region. You drive the business forward with a focus on budget, results, quality, customer dialogue, and growth. The role involves close collaboration with operations managers, ensuring that the team works towards common goals and delivers a high level of service.

• Responsible for budget, results, and follow-up within the region
• Lead, support, and develop operations managers in their daily and strategic work
• Ensure high quality, good service, and satisfied customers in local cleaning
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Drive improvement work, change management, and efficiency measures
• Follow up on goals related to customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and economy
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to growth in the region
• Report to the responsible manager and collaborate with management functions

You will become a key force in creating clarity, progress, and engagement in a labor-intensive business.

Important Information

The assignment is a full-time consulting role for approximately 4 months, with a possibility of extension. Start: As soon as possible. The location is in Uppsala, with responsibility for a region that also includes nearby towns, which may involve travel. The work is primarily on-site, and working hours are mainly office hours. You will work closely with operations managers and report to the responsible manager. Background checks and tests may be part of the process.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within service, facility management, local cleaning, retail, or other labor-intensive businesses. You have experience with budget and result responsibility and are confident in following up on goals, analyzing outcomes, and driving the business toward results. You also have experience in sales or business-oriented customer dialogue and understand how strong customer relationships contribute to both development and profitability.

As a person, you are secure, communicative, and coaching in your leadership. You have a proactive work approach, see opportunities, and are good at creating structure even in a changing daily life. To succeed in the role, you need very good knowledge of Swedish and English, good computer skills, a valid driver's license (Category B), and the ability to travel within the region. Experience from the local cleaning industry is highly meritorious.
