The Swedish Pensions Agency is currently undergoing an exciting transformation to develop our new benefit system from the ground up, involving significant new development. We are now looking for several Java Developers who are collaborative and thrive in team environments!
About the role
As a Java Developer here, you will be part of a team working within a team-based organization following the Agile framework SAFe. Our teams are cross-functional and self-managing to handle all parts of the development chain.
Here is how one of our teams describes itself:
"We are a self-organizing hybrid team working at the forefront with technical challenges related to the development of the next generation pension system, based on microservices. We facilitate quality assurance of services and systems and enable continuous delivery to test and production (CI/CD). Furthermore, our vision is to drive innovation and take responsibility for the architecture by being leaders in our field. Together with the team, you will have the opportunity to develop and work with cutting-edge technology."
Your profile
As a person, you enjoy teamwork where knowledge is shared and everyone learns from each other. You voice your opinions, listen to others, and are comfortable collaborating remotely as we work in distributed teams. You are a problem solver who enjoys turning complex requirements into structured code and wants to help guide us in technology and methodology.
We care about our culture and how we collectively influence our shared workplace. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
We are looking for someone who:

It is an advantage if you:
