About the role
Your role as a Property Caretaker involves working systematically with maintenance of the property's exterior and interior environments. You perform minor repairs and maintenance work, supervise technical systems, and maintain contact and collaboration with external craftsmen and suppliers. You also assist with furnishing our conference rooms and work closely with all departments on property-related matters.

You work according to a schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Sometimes this means early mornings and sometimes later evenings.

Who are you?
You are a responsible and practical person who thrives with varied tasks where no two days are alike. With an eye for detail and a strong commitment to creating and maintaining a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment. You need to have good collaboration skills and be proactive by taking initiative and supporting the different parts of the building with property-related matters. You need knowledge and experience in construction, electrical, or plumbing/HVAC. Any education in these areas is a plus.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Employment type: Permanent position at 100%. Salary and start date according to agreement. The role involves working days, evenings, and weekends.
