About the role
Our client is one of Sweden's major banks, and we are recruiting on their behalf for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be part of the department handling customer advisory within the Customer Service Private business area, which is part of Customer Relations. You will work from the office in Stockholm in an open-plan office environment alongside colleagues from both customer service and other departments. While this position is based in Stockholm, we also have customer service employees in Linköping, Gothenburg, and Malmö.
At our client's company, a positive and open culture is highly valued, permeating the entire team and their tasks. The assignment spans 6 months with good prospects for extension if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. We are looking for someone who can start on 11/8 for a mandatory introductory period.

Important information

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming cases from private customers, primarily via phone, with some face-to-face customer interaction
- Work and navigate in various systems and work goal-oriented with key figures
- Conduct proactive needs analyses to offer added value to customers
- Actively promote self-service in every customer contact
- Contribute with new ideas and suggestions that lead to a more efficient way of working
We are looking for someone who
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has completed upper secondary education
- Has a genuine interest in banking and finance
- Is proficient with systems and computers
- Has previous relevant work experience in service and administration
It is an advantage if you have
- Work experience in customer service directed towards private customers
- A completed post-secondary education, preferably in a relevant field
- Experience from the banking sector
Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or by being self-taught.
