We are currently looking for a registered nurse or child health nurse for our Child Health Center (BVC) clinic. This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may apply.

Our Operations

Gränby City Health Center belongs to the "Close Care and Health" administration at Uppsala County Council. We are located in the rapidly growing area around Gränby Center, with good transport links, parking facilities, shopping, and services. We are a team of 45 employees offering a wide range of primary care services. Everyone at our health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care. Rasbo Health Center is our branch.

At Gränby City Health Center, the child and the family are always at the center of our focus. Together with dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues, you will work in the Child Health Center team and collaborate closely with doctors, the psychosocial team, the midwife clinic, and dietitians.

Your Role

At the Child Health Center, you work from a holistic perspective with the child's health as the focal point. You act as an active support for parents to strengthen them in their parental role. You meet children and parents both individually, based on each family's needs, and in group activities.

In your role, you have the opportunity to work variably with tasks such as clinic work, home visits, parent groups, health promotion and parenting support conversations, telephone advice, and vaccinations, all in accordance with the guidelines of child health services.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse or child health nurse. Experience from working in primary care and child health services is an advantage. As a person, you are positive, have a flexible working style, and good ability to collaborate with the rest of the team, while also having the habit and drive to work independently. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
