B2B Mobility & Sales strives to make the customer's life a little easier every day in the fight to become the most preferred B2B mobility partner. We are now looking for a Senior Manager KAM / Sales Director who wants to take a key role in developing our corporate business and leading a KAM organization with a clear growth agenda. B2B Mobility & Sales is responsible for developing and strengthening our position in the corporate business. We work with small, medium, and large customers within the truck and fleet segments, driving growth through both field sales and digital channels.
Circle K is a market leader and guide with a global organization and a major development agenda. With high ambitions, we are shaping the future energy and mobility market. In this role, you will lead one of our two KAM teams and be responsible for developing both the business and working methods. We sell a total offering to our largest corporate customers where our TCM (Total Cost of Mobility) is at the center. We also guide our customers, acting as a sounding board and experts on what future mobility requires and entails.
The department you belong to consists of a total of 25 employees distributed across three sales departments, including KAM sales, inside sales, and pre-sales. Your team consists of five senior KAMs, with three located in Stockholm and two in Sundsvall. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, analytics, marketing, and other commercial functions, and you will report to Daniel Wallström, Director B2B Mobility & Sales.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Develop and implement working methods within KAM sales
- Ensure a uniform and efficient working method within KAM sales according to Circle K's sales model
- Drive and monitor delivery on KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Build and utilize commercial insights through market analysis and tracking of prospects within the truck and fleet segments
We are looking for you who have:
- Experience in coaching and developing employees
- Experience in B2B sales within service, retail, or other customer-facing operations, preferably with a background in KAM sales
- Experience in commercial leadership with P&L and budget responsibility
- Strong business acumen and experience working with analysis and business development
- Relevant post-secondary education in business administration, economics, marketing, engineering, or a similar field
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
You will be part of the BMS management group, and previous experience in management group work is an advantage.

Good to know:
- Start date: Immediately, subject to notice period
- Scope: Full-time, this is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of six months
- Working hours: Office hours, 37.5 hours/week
- The role is based at our service office in Stockholm. The office is located at Arenavägen 55 near the Globe Arena. We believe in the power of collaboration and community, which is why we work together from the office or out at our stations five days a week.
- In this role, you will be out meeting our customers and visiting our station network. Travel to your employees in Sundsvall is also included.
