Customer Service: As a customer support agent, you will communicate with company clients in the iGaming sector and assist them with their inquiries. Since you represent the company, you are expected to have a vibrant and responsible personality and be available to work in shifts.
180 colleagues from 25 different nationalities.
4 weeks of theoretical training and 4 weeks of practical training, both paid.
25 different iGaming clients.
2 return flights per year to your home country, up to 250 EUR per ticket.
High salary compared to the average salary in Cyprus.
Full medical insurance.
