As a color matcher, you will work with mixing colors for wood and metal products. You will be a central part of the production where quality and precision are crucial to achieving the best results. Your main task will be to carefully mix and adjust colors according to the customer's specific requirements.

In addition to mixing colors, your workday will vary with order processing, picking goods, and deliveries to customers. You will be part of a work team of 3 people where cooperation and communication are important. You will also have close contact with customers to ensure they get exactly what they need.

About you
To succeed in the role of color matcher, we believe you are meticulous and have an eye for detail, as color orders require high precision. You are proactive and have the ability to make independent decisions when the situation calls for it. Furthermore, you are social and have an easy time building good relationships, both with colleagues and customers. We also believe that you are stress-resistant and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:
• ADR certification (transport of dangerous goods)
• Forklift license
• Previous work experience in the same or a similar industry
