Domsjö Parish currently has a thriving children's and youth ministry and a very important collaboration with nearby schools. We are looking for you who want to lead the continued development together with the other employees in the youth work team.

This means that you will become an important part of the parish's youth ministry and the responsible priest for the confirmation group and for the training of confirmation leaders. The position also includes usual priestly duties such as worship services, church ceremonies, and pastoral care.

You are an energetic and curious priest who is passionate about creating engagement and joy together with children, young people, and parishioners.

You work both relationally and pedagogically, in close cooperation with your colleagues. You play an important role in the development of our youth ministry and in showing how faith and life are connected.

The confirmation ministry attracts many of the parish's young people and has grown significantly in recent years. You have an easy time building relationships with both young people and guardians in various contexts and want to contribute to making the confirmation period a lifelong experience. You have an eye for the participation of children and young people in worship services and want children and young people to become curious about and feel safe in the worship service and mass.

You are an ordained priest in the Church of Sweden's order and have good cooperation skills and good leadership qualities. As a person, you are secure and stable, relationship-building, and can inspire others by conveying ideas and visions in an engaged and courageous way.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and are familiar with IT and business-supporting systems. A category B driver's license is required.
