We are looking for a Production Technician - Assembly for a company in Jönköping. Start is immediate, initially a 7-month fixed-term assignment. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.
About the role
Do you want to help shape the future of kitchen production? A leading player in kitchen production in Jönköping is seeking a production technician who will become an important part of the area management group for the assembly area and contribute to developing production processes to the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally to drive improvement projects, monitor key performance indicators, and implement solutions that make a real difference for both employees and the business.
Your main responsibilities
- Safety: Prevent and follow up on safety incidents, ensure a safe working environment, and ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Efficiency & OEE: Implement and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness to improve equipment performance, availability, and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all processes meet the company's quality requirements.
- Minimize Downtime: Analyze and reduce planned and unplanned stoppages.
- Cost Control: Monitor production costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain clear work instructions.
- Resource Efficiency: Actively work to reduce waste and optimize resource usage.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are driven, analytical, and results-oriented, thriving and making well-founded decisions in a dynamic production environment. You take responsibility, lead improvement work, and communicate clearly and professionally in collaboration with various functions. You have a good understanding of systems and see how machines, technology, and processes interact in an integrated production flow. You also understand the role of automation in efficient production and how the process affects the final product's function, design, and sustainability. As a person, you are curious, development-oriented, and motivated by learning and continuous improvements. You are present in daily operations while maintaining a long-term perspective on improvements and development. Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing are required for this role.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, preferably an engineering degree or equivalent.
- Education or experience with Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, or Poka Yoke.
- Good knowledge of OEE systems and experience working in a project-based manner.
- At least 5 years of production experience, with at least 3 years in a technical or leadership role.
- Basic understanding of automation and its role in efficient production.
This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Jönköping. Start is immediate, initially a 7-month fixed-term assignment. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.
