Kramfors School covers grades 4–6 in comprehensive school, adapted comprehensive school grades 1–9, and after-school centers. The school is centrally located in Kramfors, with good transport links and close to the city's services and nature.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in Wood and Metal Craft at Kramfors School, you create safe, creative, and structured learning environments where students are given the opportunity to develop knowledge in materials, techniques, and craft processes.

The role involves working in accordance with the school's governing documents, curriculum, and national goals, where teaching is designed to promote students' knowledge development, safety, and study environment.

The work takes place in close collaboration with homeroom teachers, work teams, and student health services to create a holistic approach to students' learning, development, and well-being. An important part of the role is building trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians to create consensus and continuity in the student's development.

You also contribute to the school's joint development work and participate actively in systematic quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you with a teaching license and subject competence. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.

The work requires documented good collaboration skills, a strong sense of responsibility, a solution-focused approach, and very good ability to create trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. In the role, it is also important that you work from a low-affective approach, with the ability to meet students in different situations in a safe, structured, and professional manner.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, and the selection is based on a combined assessment of education, experience, and personal qualities.
