The work takes place in the user's home, special housing, and short-term accommodation. Main responsibilities include helping with personal care (showering, toilet visits, meals, etc.), performing health and medical care interventions, performing service tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc.), and documenting in various systems. You will be primarily stationed within home care services or at Hemgården. When needed, work in personal assistance is also included.
Qualifications
You must be 18 years old at the start of employment and have completed or ongoing upper secondary education. For night work, training as a nursing assistant is required. A B-class driving license is a requirement for working in home care services. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to communicate with users and other staff and to document work as required. We conduct a language assessment before employment.
Advantageous is nursing education and/or experience of work within care and social services.
Personal Qualities

As a person, you are sensitive, positive, and proactive. You are secure, reliable, and have a genuine interest in working with and for other people.
Working Hours and Duration
Scheduled working hours can be day, evening, or weekend, or alternatively night. Interviews may take place continuously during the application period. Start date is by agreement. Before employment, an extract from the criminal record register must be presented.
Other
