Your Responsibilities

As a Sub-project Manager within Technical Information, you are responsible for leading the work with technical information and ensuring successful delivery to Siemens Energy’s customers. You have delivery, budget, and coordination responsibility for your team while driving several sub-projects in various project phases.

You ensure that information products meet requirements according to contracts and specifications, and you actively work to create quality-assured deliveries to both internal and external customers. The role involves close collaboration with various functions within the project group, external Siemens companies, and customers.

You coordinate and drive activities across different interfaces and actively contribute to developing and improving working methods, processes, and information products. In addition to your project responsibilities, you also participate in internal development initiatives within the department to strengthen efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a university degree or other relevant education. It is meritorious if you have a few years of work experience.

• You are structured and meticulous in your work.
• Experience from project management or leadership is meritorious.
• You want to lead, coordinate, and create project teams with good cohesion.
• You communicate and collaborate easily with colleagues and customers and thrive working in teams.
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently; additional language skills are meritorious.
• You are driven, quick to take initiative, and take responsibility.
• You are solution-focused, flexible, see opportunities, dare to think outside the box, and can handle change.
• You have good system understanding and are skilled at handling systems and applications.
