Then you are the one we are looking for!
At Lybab, we are now looking for a Site Manager who wants to drive and develop our reuse operations in Rinkeby.
About the role
As Site Manager, you are the heart of our operations. You are an inspiring and creative leader with a spark for recycling and reuse. You are the face of the store and responsible for driving daily operations forward with a focus on the highest possible customer service as well as environmental benefit.
The role involves being present during opening hours to coach your employees and meet our visitors. However, your assignment does not stop at the door. An important part of the job is looking outward. Your main responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead the staff in daily work to create a welcoming environment.
- Networking: Establish and drive collaborations with, for example, schools, non-profit organizations, and local artists.
- Creative focus: Initiate and enable projects within crafts, art, or culture that encourage reuse.
- Administration: Handle reporting and daily administration in MS Office and the company's internal systems. Computer literacy is a requirement for this position.
It is meritorious if you have previously worked in Rinkeby, for example in preschools, schools, or been involved in establishing projects in the surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A deep understanding of environmental issues and how consumption affects our planet.
- Experience working with art, crafts, or cultural collaborations.
- Good administrative skills (MS Office) and good communication skills in both speech and writing.
- Knowledge of waste management and sorting.
- It is also highly meritorious if you have experience driving projects or managing a facility/store.
The position may be filled before the advertisement's closing date, so do not hesitate to send your application directly!
It is advantageous if you speak several languages, such as Arabic, Russian, Somali, or Polish.
It is also advantageous if you have experience working in Rinkeby, Tensta, Spånga, Barkaby, Järva, or Husby with similar development projects.
