To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Sub-project Manager within Technical Information for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months through Unik Resurs, with very good opportunities for extension.

We apply rolling selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the final application date.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Sub-project Manager, you lead the work with Technical Information and are responsible for a successful delivery to Siemens customers.

In the area of Technical Information, approximately 30 dedicated and driven employees work in various roles related to technical information for gas turbines. We create, manage, and deliver a large number of information products to both internal and external customers. We are constantly seeking opportunities to improve our products and streamline our processes to actively work towards higher customer satisfaction.

It is important that you have strong self-drive and enjoy collaborating across different interfaces. Together we create quality-assured information products that are delivered according to the customer's requirements and wishes.

How you will make an impact

• You have delivery, budget, and coordination responsibility for your team.
• You drive 5–15 sub-projects in different project phases.
• You ensure that information products meet the requirements according to contracts and specifications.
• You are responsible for coordinating activities with all functions within the project group as well as external Siemens companies and customers.
• You participate in and drive internal projects and development within the department.

Working as a sub-project manager in the Technical Information department is exciting and developmental. There is also a great scope for extra assignments and tasks to work on alongside your projects.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a university degree or other relevant education.

It is meritorious if you have some years of work experience.

• In your work, you are structured and meticulous.
• Experience from project management/leadership is meritorious.
• You want to lead, coordinate, and create project teams with good cohesion.
• You communicate and collaborate easily with colleagues and customers and enjoy working in teams.
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently; additional language skills are meritorious.
• You are driven, take initiative, and take responsibility.
• You are solution-focused, flexible, see opportunities, dare to think outside the box, and can handle changes.
• You have a good understanding of systems and are good at handling systems and applications.
