We are looking for you to help make history on our exciting journey within NCH Europe’s Maintenance business area. You have a passion and joy for sales and customer relationships – preferably with a “let’s go get it” attitude. While prior experience with lubricants or sales is not a requirement, we are looking for someone who has proven good results in previous roles and lives in Sundsvall or the surrounding area.

What does the role involve?

As a salesperson at NCH Europe within the Maintenance platform, you will be out visiting our customers to find out how we can create value for their business. You are just as comfortable on the workshop floor as you are in the customer's office.
Even though your title is Salesperson, the customer needs to see you as a partner throughout the entire sales process. This means a varied daily routine that demands efficiency and self-drive. You represent and demonstrate some of the industry's best products. It is about understanding the customer's business and finding solutions for their needs. To achieve this, you must build a broad network of contacts with the customer and be skilled at building long-term customer relationships.

We wish for you to:
- Have a “go get it” attitude with contagious energy. Your personality will be crucial for the role
- Are used to working independently but also appreciate contributing and developing in a winning team
- Enjoy working with people and find it fun building relationships with new and existing customers
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English
- Have a completed high school diploma
- Have basic computer skills
- Post-secondary studies are an advantage
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
