We think (of course) our online shop is awesome, but it is in our physical stores that we really make a difference. This is where we meet our visitors – and this is where the magic happens. In the meeting, you as a shop assistant can turn someone's day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, maybe a bit tired after the day – and walks out with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. That is exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for a new colleague for our lovely team at Lyko Valbo, who can work 5-10 hours per week! This is a fixed-term employment until September 1, 2026, with a great possibility of extension. ⭐What you will focus onTogether, we constantly strive to give our visitors an experience of absolute world class, and in this work, you as a shop assistant stand in the front line. As a shop assistant at Lyko, you are so much more than "just" a shop assistant – you are an advisor, an inspirer, the best beauty buddy, and an important part of the visitor's experience. With us, it is about meeting every visitor for real. You make contact, listen, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping the visitor find the right product for their specific needs. This is how we create that magical feeling of being both seen and boosted ✨In addition to the customer meeting, you are also responsible for daily operations, which includes orders, stocking goods, and visual campaign setup. You are also responsible for the overall impression of the store, that it is clean, neat, and inspiring – spotless, simply!For this role, we believe that you:

• Love beauty! Sharing knowledge and ideas with customers and colleagues is the most fun you know
• Are a passionate salesperson who loves the customer meeting and is driven by achieving results
• Are unpretentious and engaged – a real energy spreader
• Are flexible and enjoy working in a team as well as independently
• Are used to handling many different tasks in your daily work and have a structured way of working
• Have relevant education in makeup, hair, or skin – for example as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or esthetician
• Are at least 18 years old
