We are looking for a summer substitute occupational therapist. We are seeking you who are graduated and licensed as an occupational therapist, regardless of whether you have extensive experience or are newly graduated.

What will you be doing?

We operate the service "Steps to Work" (Steg till Arbete), and the occupational therapist plays a central role in its implementation. We are therefore looking for you who, with your competence, great engagement, and interest in development, want to work with us and support our participants in getting closer to the labor market. As an occupational therapist, you will be part of a team consisting of occupational therapists, coaches, and supervisors.

In "Steps to Work," we work with activity-based assessment sites, strengthening and developmental activities, as well as work training/work trials. The purpose is to support and develop our participants to reach a sustainable working life and, if possible, enter studies or employment with support from the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).

In the role, you will work with occupational therapy tools such as AWC, AWP, MOHOST, DOA, and WRI, among others.

The role also includes tasks within the framework of a work consultant role, for example, employer contacts and follow-up of work trials.

We have extensive contact with authorities, primarily the Swedish Public Employment Service, and good communicative skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are therefore highly valued. You need to feel secure working both independently and together with colleagues. It is important that you are flexible, structured, and responsible. You need to have a very good ability to create and develop relationships with people, both participants, colleagues, and contact persons at our client.

We are primarily looking for you who want to work full-time, but we are willing to discuss part-time work if desired. You must have completed your degree and need to submit your Occupational Therapist License along with your application.
