Here is what a regular day looks like

Today's to-do list: create magic, by:

• As a server, you are responsible for your own station, guiding guests through our à la carte experience and ensuring that every table receives professional and personalized service, with well-founded food and drink recommendations.

• As a head waiter, you distribute the work during service, create structure in the flow, and support the team where it is needed most.

• Keep the pace up and handle multiple tasks simultaneously – without compromising on quality or hospitality.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and colleagues to create a smooth, safe, and memorable overall experience.

Do you have what it takes for the ride?

• You have experience and feel confident working independently with à la carte service.

• As a head waiter, you have experience working with organization and leadership. You are just as comfortable with administrative tasks as you are with operational work in the field.

• You have a holistic mindset, a sense for service, order, and cleanliness. You are good at taking initiative and can work independently as part of a tight-knit team.

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Good to know

• The employment is a fixed-term contract and is filled continuously before and during the season.

• Working hours are influenced by the business's opening hours and will primarily be scheduled during evenings with varying levels of activity.
