As an Onsite Technician, you work closely with users and are on-site at the customer's location to provide support and solve technical issues. The role places a strong emphasis on service, communication, and problem-solving.

Among other things, you will:

• Provide on-site support to employees regarding hardware, software, and IT-related questions
• Install and configure computers, phones, and peripheral equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a pedagogical manner
• Handle cases and document them in the case management system
• Contribute to a positive user experience in all interactions

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, curious, and enjoys helping others. You do not need prior IT experience – the most important factors are your attitude and willingness to learn.

• Have experience from service roles, e.g., customer service, retail, hospitality, or healthcare
• Be communicative and thrive when meeting people

• Have an interest in technology and IT

As a person, you are passionate about service and helping people. You are comfortable speaking on the phone. You enjoy problem-solving and are a team player while also being able to work independently. A desire to learn more about IT and an enjoyment of troubleshooting are also key parts of working as a support technician.
