Experienced Personal Assistant Needed in Malmö Municipality

On behalf of our client in Malmö Municipality, we are looking for an experienced personal assistant starting in October, who is attuned to the client's needs and wishes.

The position is approximately 75% with varying working hours. It is important to us that you connect with the client you will be working with and that you are sensitive to their needs. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity.

You have a good sense of humor and are ready to make independent decisions. You are responsible, collaborative, and have the ability to step back when needed. You are good at inspiring others and enjoy challenges in your work.

Working Hours and Requirements

You can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends, as personal assistance is provided 24/7. Experience in personal assistance is beneficial but not strictly required to be considered for the role. You will become part of a team working together for the client.

The following requirements apply:

• A valid driver's license for a passenger car is required.
• There are dogs and cats in the client's home, so experience with animals is a requirement.

Your Responsibilities

The tasks vary depending on the client's needs. This can range from individualized care to household chores. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. Training is provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.

Job Details

• Employment Level: 75%
• Working Hours: 08:00-18:00, 18:00-08:00, weekend shifts.
