The role of Security Officer will include:

Driving, developing, and quality-assuring the unit's dispatch function in consultation with the unit manager. The role entails broad administrative and operational responsibility within the security area.

The work includes, among other things:

• Diary registration and administrative handling of security-classified documents, including inventory and control.
• Administration and handling of registry checks and tasks related to the security clearance process.
• Handling of administrative tasks related to signal security.
• Handling of security-related mail.
• Administration regarding protected objects.
• Administration of access to Teracom's facilities.
• Prioritization and distribution of incoming inquiries and incidents via the dispatch.
• Responsibility for ensuring that dispatch-related infrastructure is up-to-date and in good order, such as security cabinets, stamps, and forms.
• Participate in and contribute to operational security work, such as incident management, personnel security matters, and security clearances.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Several years of experience from dispatch or registry functions within a government agency or similar operations.
• Experience in security or security protection work.
• Experience working with confidential or security-classified information.
• Experience in administrative work.
• Experience in creating and leading small projects.
• High school education.
• Class B driver's license.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Employment requires a passed drug and alcohol test, background check, and security clearance with registry check. Swedish or Nordic citizenship is required.

Meritorious:

• Experience with system management or administrative support systems.
• Experience from security work within a government agency or vital societal function.
• Experience working with signal security or security-classified documents.
