We are looking to strengthen our team with additional sales representatives for the Helsingborg district. As a salesperson at Sales Support, you will have a broad and responsible role focusing on relationship building, analysis, and sales.
About the role
Your main responsibilities include selling new products and informing stores within the grocery retail sector about campaigns in your district. You will also be responsible for budgeting, follow-up, and results. A key part of the role is building long-term relationships to promote growth and profitability for both Sales Support and our clients and employers. You will also conduct category and space analyses to develop Sales Support's position at the store level.
Your background
To succeed in this role, you need to be an established salesperson with experience in sales and good knowledge of the industry as a whole. We value strong analytical skills, and experience from the grocery retail sector is advantageous. We prefer that you have a high school diploma.
A driver's license for passenger cars (Category B) is required as the role involves traveling by car.
As a person, you are an outgoing visionary with strong social skills. You are trustworthy, reliable, and have a strong ability to create long-term win-win relationships. You value good structure, planning, self-drive, and competitiveness. We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment with a strong team spirit and who is a responsible employee contributing to the group's success. You have good knowledge of Swedish and strong communication skills. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is expected. Suitable place of residence is Helsingborg, Ängelholm, and surrounding areas.
