So what does a typical day look like?

Today's to-do: create magic, by:

• As a cook, you are responsible for your station, preparing and presenting dishes with precision, tempo, and flavor safety – and ensuring that every plate meets the highest quality standards.

• As a sous chef, you lead the kitchen in operation, distribute the work during service, and ensure that the flow holds up even when the pace picks up.

• Work closely together in the team to create an efficient and positive work environment characterized by top quality.

• Contribute to menu development and develop dishes with creativity and a sense for the concept.

• Ensure order, hygiene, and structure in the kitchen – before, during, and after service.

Do we fit together?

Do you have what it takes for the ride?

• You have documented experience as a cook in an à la carte kitchen and are confident in your role.

• As a sous chef, you have at least four years of experience from an à la carte kitchen and have previously held a formal leadership role with responsibility for leading and distributing work in the kitchen.

• Experience from Asian cuisine is a merit.

• You have a holistic mindset with a sense for service, order, and tidiness. You are good at taking initiative and can work independently together with a tight-knit team.

• You have good knowledge of Swedish or English.

Good to know

• The employment is a fixed-term special employment and is filled continuously before and during the season.

• Working hours are affected by the business's opening hours and will primarily be scheduled during evenings with varying levels of activity.
