About the Role

We are now looking for an experienced operator for our production. The role suits you who have solid machinery experience within the wood industry and thrive in a technical and practical role where you get to work closely with both machines and production.

As an Operator with us, the work involves among other things CNC operation, programming, and machine settings. You will also work with troubleshooting, minor repairs, and participate in improvement work in production. We would like you to have an eye for the entire flow and understand how different parts of the production affect each other.

To thrive in the role, we believe you are structured, methodical, and self-initiative. You are used to taking personal responsibility, have an easy time solving problems, and are confident in handling technical challenges that arise in everyday life.

We would appreciate if you have experience with business systems, preferably Monitor or similar systems.

We are looking for someone who has:

• extensive machinery experience within the wood industry
• experience with CNC machines and programming
• knowledge in troubleshooting and repairs
• good technical understanding
• habit of working independently
• good knowledge of Swedish
