The role covers workshop, warehouse, inbound and outbound deliveries, machine maintenance, and technical sewing production. You work practically in production while coordinating daily operations, creating structure, and prioritizing when many things happen simultaneously.

About the role

As a team leader, you drive the daily work in production. You work practically yourself in the sewing production, but also have responsibility for coordinating warehouse, materials, equipment, and deliveries. The role suits you if you thrive in an environment where tasks vary and you quickly switch between practical work, problem-solving, and coordination.

A large part of the work takes place in our technical sewing production, especially prior to project deliveries. Therefore, you need to appreciate both practical craftsmanship and recurring production tasks, while also enjoying contributing to order, structure, and functioning routines.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate production in the workshop, warehouse, and technical sewing
• Work practically in our special manufacturing, primarily with technical sewing
• Responsible for warehouse, materials, tools, and equipment
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
• Responsible for service, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including simpler repairs, assembly, replacement of wear parts, equipment adaptation, and preferably welding.
• Create structure, improved routines, and working methods
• Be a key person with contact with colleagues, suppliers, transporters, and internal customers
• Take charge of what needs to be done – even if it is not at the top of the priority list for the day

The role develops over time

Once you have learned our materials and working methods, the intention is that you should be able to take greater responsibility for the sewing production. This means that you:

• Lead the sewing production
• Read and follow drawings and internal orders
• Have a more independent dialogue with internal customers regarding what is to be manufactured

Therefore, we believe you are curious to learn it thoroughly and eventually take broad responsibility there as well, from practical work to team leadership, drawing comprehension, and dialogue with internal customers.

You are service-oriented towards our project teams, but also have integrity and the ability to stick to routines regarding materials, equipment, and order. You understand that good service sometimes also means creating clarity, structure, and functioning working methods.

As a person, you are self-reliant, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You enjoy variety and many contact points, but can also focus on careful and recurring production work when needed.

What we believe you bring with you

• Experience in practical work within e.g., production, workshop, warehouse, industry, construction, machine maintenance, or service
• Experience in troubleshooting and solving practical problems
• Ability to take responsibility for order, materials, equipment, and working methods so that daily production functions
• Interest in learning technical sewing production
• Experience using computers and digital tools
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious:

• Team leadership, coordination, or responsibility for smaller teams
• Technical sewing, industrial sewing, canvas, sails, tarpaulin material, or other textile production
• Welding, mechanical maintenance, machine service, or repairs
• Experience with warehouse and material handling
• Ability to read drawings, dimensions, work descriptions, or order documents
• Understanding of construction production or concrete pouring
