Job Responsibilities

Here, you will have a varied and meaningful job where you meet patients at different stages of care. Your tasks include nursing care, medication management, pre- and post-operative care, as well as the handling of patients with acute urological conditions.

You work in a patient-centered manner and contribute to creating security and continuity for patients throughout the entire care process. The role also involves collaboration and coordination with other professions regarding the patient's care and planning. The work is varied and offers opportunities for both broad development and specialization within the urological field. There are also opportunities for variation through collaboration with the clinic's inpatient ward.

About the Workplace

The Urology Clinic is a specialist clinic with both planned and emergency operations, responsible for urological care throughout the county. Here, you will meet an engaged work group with close collaboration and an open working climate where all professions work together for the patient's benefit.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse – both newly graduated and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

If you have previous experience working in similar operations, it is meritorious. Since you need to be able to communicate verbally and in writing with patients, relatives, and colleagues in this role, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required. Other language skills are meritorious.

As a person, you are secure, stable, and have good self-insight. Since the work can change quickly, you need to be flexible and have the ability to maintain calm and focus in new situations. You can structure your own work and take responsibility for your tasks. We work in teams and see collaboration and clarity as very important prerequisites for success. Since we work closely with both patients and relatives, empathy is an important part of your working style.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Terms

Permanent position.

We offer flexible working hours and are open to both part-time and full-time employment.

Working hours are day, evening, and weekend (approximately every third weekend).

Start date according to agreement.

We apply individual and differentiated salary setting.
