At our company, we create opportunities for people with disabilities to live an independent and participatory everyday life. Who are you?

You are a person with a strong work ethic who sees the big picture in every assignment. You take the time to listen to your client's needs, are attentive, humble, and confident in your professional role. A professional attitude and a good mood are natural traits for you, as is the ability to sense the mood of the person you are working with.

Your tasks and conditions

You enjoy working with established routines but can also take independent decisions based on the individual's needs and wishes when necessary. We prefer that you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities, but the most important thing is your engagement and willingness to learn.

Job Setup

Working hours are varied and include days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You can start immediately with an introduction. This position is perfect as a side job if you are studying or want to work in addition to your current job. We have positions ranging from approx. 25% to 100%.
