About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, register and follow up on customer questions, provide support regarding products and services, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high level of service.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, full-time. Salary according to agreement with a start date as agreed. Possibility of extension and potential permanent employment.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working as a Customer Service Representative, preferably from a similar industry or larger organization. You have good knowledge of the business system D365 and are accustomed to working in system-intensive environments. You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good knowledge of English. You have at least a high school education or equivalent and thrive working full-time in a structured customer service workflow.

Merits

It is an advantage if you have experience from previous work in larger customer service organizations, preferably with a high pace and clear key figures, which is viewed positively. Experience with other business or CRM systems in addition to D365 is an advantage. It is also meritorious if you have post-secondary education in areas such as service management, economics, administration, or similar fields.
