MDM / Telephony Technician for a client within a government agency
Do you want to work in a socially important IT environment where stability, security, and user support are in focus? We are now looking for two MDM / Telephony Technicians for our client within a government agency in Norrköping.

Your responsibilities
In the role of MDM / Telephony Technician, you will work with the development, support, and management of telephony and MDM solutions in a larger IT environment. The focus is primarily on handling mobile devices and administering MDM platforms, but work related to tablets and PBX systems is also included.
You will become an important part of a team responsible for ensuring that introduced services function stably, securely, and efficiently for the organization's users. The role involves close collaboration both internally and with external suppliers and partners.
You will also handle more advanced support cases escalated from 1st and 2nd line support, as well as participate in various projects and improvement initiatives.
Examples of tasks
- Administration and handling of mobile devices and tablets
- Work in MDM platforms with a focus on XenMobile or similar solutions
- Support, troubleshooting, and incident management within telephony and MDM
- Handling and administration of PBX systems
- Collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
- Participation in projects and development initiatives
- Ensuring services function efficiently and stably for end-users
Your profile
We are looking for you who have experience in client management, MDM, or related IT operations/support areas and who thrive in a role where technology, structure, and collaboration are central.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- At least 4 years of experience in client management, device management, MDM, or a similar area
- Experience with XenMobile on-prem or similar MDM platforms
- Experience working with telephony and/or PBX systems
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Experience working in teams in IT-related assignments
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
We also believe that you are a person who works in a structured manner, is solution-oriented, and finds it easy to collaborate with others.

Scope: Full-time 100%
Remote work: Possibility of partial remote work up to approx. 60% upon agreement
Start: According to agreement
