The Care and Social Administration is seeking substitute nursing assistants for night shifts in home care and special housing in Hoting and Tåsjö
The employment is in the production area Hoting Tåsjödalen. In the area, there is a special housing facility in Hoting and one in Tåsjö, as well as a home care group.

DUTIES
As a nursing assistant, you work with supporting people in their daily lives based on assistance decisions and implementation plans. The tasks are varied, but some of the most common duties are as follows:
- Helping at home with cleaning and laundry, making the bed, shopping, and cooking.
- Personal care involves help with showering and toilet visits, dressing, hair care, or assistance during meals.
- Your assignment also includes brightening up the daily life of those you help with various activities. This could be extra social interaction, going for a walk, or playing games. Only your imagination sets the limits.
- Medical tasks such as checking blood pressure, applying bandages, or administering medication. However, this requires delegation and is something you will learn over time.
Through workplace introduction, you are given the prerequisites to perform the work required by the task and to follow the rules of order that exist at the workplace as well as with the municipality as an employer.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and/or have experience working with elderly people or people with functional variations.
You are responsible, have a clear approach, and can work independently. Collaboration with others is an important part of the work, so good teamwork skills are an important trait for you applying for a job with us. You are confident in yourself and feel comfortable working with people who have a great need for security, continuity, and structure.
You are computer literate and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish, as documentation regarding the general condition of individuals and important events is included in the duties.
A driver's license is required for work within home care.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
