Your role as Customer Handler
What does the job entail? When a resident of Nacka contacts Nacka Vatten and Avfall, you and your colleagues in the customer service group are the first point of contact and the first in the chain to provide help. Most inquiries come via phone or email and primarily concern questions about invoices, waste management, water meter readings, and various orders. The majority of all incoming cases are handled directly by you and your colleagues in customer service, which also involves documentation in our system. Your main focus will be on questions related to waste.
Your background, experience, and competence
We are looking for someone who is fearless, curious, and proactive, with the ability to make quick decisions in your work. We value you as someone who enjoys meeting customers in a professional and service-oriented manner. Since the work involves both internal and external collaboration, high social competence is important; you must be able to listen, contribute actively, and consider different perspectives. We support each other within the work group, and it is crucial that you enjoy sharing your knowledge and absorbing others' experiences. In your work, you are self-reliant, proactive, and structured in your daily routine.

What we offer
At Jurek, we offer a fixed-term position with our client in Nacka, located in modern facilities in Finntorp, near Sickla Köpkvarter with good transport links.
The assignment is full-time with immediate start and is expected to last for 6 months initially. The position may be subject to a security clearance, which means a security check (including pre-investigation and register control) may be conducted before employment.
