We are now looking for a Business Developer specializing in AI and digitalization who wants to help strengthen our ability to use digital tools in a responsible, efficient, and operationally relevant manner.

Your Role

In this role, you provide practical and hands-on support to the organization regarding AI, digitalization, and new working methods. You help managers, employees, and teams understand how AI can be used in daily work and how the technology's potential can be translated into concrete benefits.

You help bridge the gap between technical AI competence and operational knowledge. By informing, inspiring, educating, and guiding, you create the conditions for a more unified, secure, and purposeful use of AI within the agency.

The role involves, among other things:

• Informing, inspiring, and training staff on how the organization can utilize available AI tools
• Leading and coordinating an internal working group of AI ambassadors from various parts of the organization
• Supporting the implementation of new working methods and digital solutions, including the use of AI
• Identifying operational needs, opportunities, and obstacles related to AI and digitalization
• Driving and participating in preliminary studies, prioritizations, development initiatives, and operationally focused change work within AI and digitalization
• Evaluating and, upon decision, contributing to the introduction of new general AI tools
• Contributing to innovation, horizon scanning, and development within AI and digitalization

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the organization's assignments and priorities are reflected in daily work. You balance the needs of target groups, governing frameworks, and available resources, helping the organization make wise trade-offs. By contributing new perspectives and current knowledge, you strengthen our ability to translate direction into concrete and sustainable development.

The Unit for Digitalization and IT

At the Unit for Digitalization and IT, we work with business development and digitalization by leading, developing, and managing the Swedish Food Agency's IT solutions, as well as ensuring operations and support.

We are in a development phase where AI and digitalization are becoming increasingly important parts of how we develop our working methods and strengthen our collective capabilities. As a Business Developer specializing in AI and digitalization, you will be a key part of this work, collaborating closely with operations, managers, and specialists in areas such as IT, law, and security.

Together, we create sustainable and robust solutions that support the Swedish Food Agency's mission and contribute to an efficient and quality-assured operation.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in IT, data science, or another area deemed relevant by the Swedish Food Agency
• Education in AI
• Experience using AI support to streamline working methods or support business development
• Experience in digitalization and business development
• Experience leading and coaching investigations, groups, or operations
• Good ability to use various AI tools
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and good proficiency in English

The following are meritorious:

• Advanced education in AI
• Experience in project management, IT development, and operational development work
• Experience in change management or transformation
• Experience in modeling and benefit calculations
• Experience in effective prompting and knowledge of other AI tools
• Overall understanding of the AI Act and GDPR
