We are looking for a driven, self-starting, and social Purchaser for our maintenance warehouse, responsible for purchasing spare parts, consumables, as well as drawing up and following up on service agreements.

You will report to the Department Manager for the Maintenance Warehouse, and the location is Källby.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for purchasing, operational assortment work, handling quotation processes, and drafting service agreements. In close collaboration with the Technical Purchaser and the Department Manager, you will create an efficient purchasing process for maintenance. The role involves extensive contact with suppliers, so you need to feel comfortable in this area.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also:

• Be responsible for your own purchasing category, which includes, among other things, consumables
• Handle follow-up and reporting
• Manage warranty cases
• Actively support other departments within maintenance

Qualifications & Attributes

We are looking for someone with experience in purchasing and/or sales, who can demonstrate clear, achieved results. You know what it takes to succeed in purchasing and have a natural aptitude for building relationships and creating business. You are a social person who thrives in a varied work environment. As a person, you are self-motivated, responsible, and driven.

Other qualifications we are looking for:

• Ability to communicate in a direct, clear, and simple manner, as well as fluent English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience working in business systems; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
